What can we do to ensure that young adults who are disadvantaged due to their educational background, social situation or disability have better access to international volunteering and exchange programmes? How can we design group dynamic methods for preparatory seminars so that no one is excluded and everyone benefits equally? And how can we support people with disabilities or disadvantages to become trainers and multipliers themselves?

As part of the Erasmus+ project „Inspired by Inclusion“, we looked for answers and innovative approaches.

Together with our partner organisations bezev e.V.IN VIA Köln e.V. in Germany, the association Grenzenlos in Austria and Neo Sapiens S.L.U. in Spain, we worked for two years on inclusive educational materials.
